This isn’t the first, second, or even third Evo here on The Smoking Tire, but every single one Matt drives seems to be better than the last. Aleksey’s track-ready Evo IX features a relatively mild 310 HP at the wheels, but between the weight reduction modifications and a finely dialed in suspension, not many cars out there could keep up with this monster on a race track.
