New 2025 Honda Civic Si Revealed
Honda has unveiled the refreshed 2025 Civic Si sport sedan, which will be available for purchase later this summer with a starting price of $31,045, including a destination fee of $1,095. This new model represents a price increase of $850 over the current version, but it brings a host of new standard features.
While the powertrain remains unchanged with the 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 200 horsepower, the updated Civic Si now includes an enhanced rev-matching system. This system, which blips the throttle during downshifts of the six-speed manual transmission, now supports downshifts from second to first gear for improved performance. Power continues to be directed to the front wheels.
Structural improvements, including reinforcements around the B-pillars and door sills, have increased the vehicle’s rigidity. Combined with revised suspension dampers, these changes enhance overall driving dynamics. For an additional $300, buyers can opt for high-performance summer tires, while the standard configuration includes all-season tires on 18-inch wheels.
Visual updates include a new front fascia, a hex-pattern grille, and darker taillights. The interior boasts a new 10.2-inch digital gauge cluster, a 9.0-inch infotainment screen, Google built-in, and new front USB-C ports. Heated front sport seats, sport pedals, red contrast stitching, and a 12-speaker Bose audio system are also standard. Enhanced Honda Sensing driver-assist features offer improved cyclist collision warning and smoother adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping functions.
