Mercedes teasing C63 AMG Coupe again

Mercedes-AMG has unveiled yet another set of new teaser photos of the Mercedes C63 Coupe.

Set to debut at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show, the Mercedes C63 Coupe follows in the footsteps of the sedan as it features aggressive front fascia, a sporty rear bumper and a performance four-tailpipe exhaust system.

The model also features door good looking mounted mirrors and lightweight wide wheels which are backed up by a high-performance braking system.

Power will be sourced by a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 engine that develops a respectable 469 bhp (349 kW) and 479 lb-ft (648 Nm) of torque. It will be mated to a seven-speed AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT transmission which should enable the coupel to accelerate from 0-60 mph in as quick as four seconds before hitting an electronically-restricted top speed of 155 mph (250 km/h).

If that’s not fast enough for you, there will likely be a high-performance S version with an upgraded engine that develops the same as the sedan 503 bhp (375 kW) and 516 lb-ft (698 Nm) of torque. It should enable the coupe version to run from 0-60 mph in about 3.9 seconds before hitting an a higher electronically-restricted top speed of 180 mph (289 km/h).
