Unless you live with your head buried in the sand, you know Donald Trump is running for president of the United States. It seems like every other day he is making news, but we aren’t here to talk politics. No, we’re here because a 1997 Lamborghini Diablo VT Roadster once owned by The Donald has just popped up for sale. Yes, this Lamborghini might just have a presidential pedigree, folks. So, what makes this supercar so special, other than the fact that it’s a Lamborghini & was once owned by a celebrity?

Only 200 VT Roadsters were built, so it’s rare. It has all-wheel drive & a 5.2-liter V12 engine good for 492 horsepower & 428 lb-ft of torque. That Le Mans Blue paint is especially fetching & there’s even a matching “Trump 2016” decal on the rear window. The interior is clean & the odometer shows 14,992 miles. The asking price is $299,000. That may be pricey for a 20-year-old Diablo, even one produced in such limited numbers & in such good condition. Still, it was owned by Trump himself (with the documentation to prove it). If he becomes president this Diablo instantly becomes a piece of history & its value will increase accordingly. If this is too pricey you can always try & pick up his ex-wife’s Acura NSX.
