BMW M2 Options List and Pricing – Will have 370HP and 6-speed manual
A forum member of 2Addicts.com has posted what he recalls the options list for the much anticipated upcoming BMW M2 Coupe, which is the official name for the new baby BMW. The member ordered a new BMW M2 from his dealer in Belgium, which he expects delivery of in March 2016.
It is reported that the BMW M2 will be powered by a 3.0 litre straight six engine, producing 370 horsepower and will cost around £45,000 new which is roughly around US$70,000. The member has posted that the vehicle comes with a six-speed manual gearbox as standard, with a seven-speed M-DCT semi-automatic Dual clutch gearbox as an optional extra.
Besides the mentioned above, other optional extras include:
- Navigation Pro is standard
- Power heated seats is an option
- Carbon inserts in the interior are standard
- Rear camera is an option
- Parking sensor in the rear is standard, no option for the front
- Internet and other online connectivity are an option
- Haman Kardon audio is an option
- Adaptive headlights is an option
- Warranty extension to 5 years is an option
- Rear tinted windows is an option
- Two different telephone system are an option
- Shadow line in black is standard
The member also mentioned some info on the standard equipment available in the new BMW M2 F87. The baby bimmer will only be available in four colors, which are Black Sapphire, Alpine White, Long Beach Blue or Mineral Grey. There will be one, standard interior option, which is black leather with blue stitching.
Carbon pieces are standard, and there is only 1 option for 19 inch, black alloy wheels, which are featured currently in the BMW M3 and BMW M4 models.
