Facelifted Porsche 911 GT3 991.2 leaked

 

 

These images came courtesy of Autoforum.cz and were picked up from an official Porsche configurator on their Dutch website. Immediately, it is obvious that we are looking at the 991.2 generation GT3.

Up front, the car sports the slightly reshaped headlights of lesser 991.2 models as well as the more subtle and sleeker LED daytime running lights. Additionally, the new taillights from the 991.2 range are featured, making the rear end of the iconic German sports car that little more aggressive.

As with the current GT3, the updated model will feature a naturally aspirated 3.8-liter flat-six engine, rather than the larger 4.0-liter unit of the GT3 RS. Even still, power should rise moderately from the 475PS (468hp) mark closer to the 500hp mark.
