2017 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Cabriolet First Official Image
Finally we get to see a first official rendering of the new Mercedes-Benz S-Class Cabriolet, Mercedes’s first flagship four-seater convertible since for over four decades ago which makes it the year 1971 and the 6th addition to a larger than ever Mercedes S-Class family.
The image shows the luxury land yacht with the top down, marking the first time we get to see the interior clearly, as all spy shots we’ve seen so far showed the Mercedes S-Class Cabriolet with the electrically-operated soft top in the closed position.
We are not surprised, the rear end features the same exact taillights as the Mercedes S-Class Coupe and the interior appears to be very similar also.
We are not sure what model this picture is from, but we do know that the Mercedes S-Class Cabriolet will feature a similar engine lineup as the Coupe version, including a Mercedes-AMG S63 version with 577 horsepower from a 5.5-liter twin-turbo V8, as well as a range-topping Mercedes S65 with 621 horsepower from a 6.0-liter twin-turbo V12.
More details should do you revealed as we get closer to the vehicles debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show 2015 a month from now.
