25 units of this Porsche 911 GTS Rennsport Reunion Edition will be produced
To celebrate the fifth Rennsport Reunion, Porsche’s Exclusive division made a special edition model of the pre-facelift Porsche 911/991 GTS. The standard 2016 Porsche 911/991 GTS costs $114,200 before destination and handling fees. However, Porsche’s Exclusive Porsche 911/991 GTS will set you back by $148,335, without the $995 destination fee. So that’s $34,135 more than the standard Porsche 911/991 GTS model. Only 25 units of the special edition Porsche 911/991 GTS will be produced so getting your hands on one will prove to be difficult.
So what does an extra $34K get you? The exterior of the Porsche 911/991 GTS is finished in a custom Fashion Grey with black and red decals, smoked LED headlamps, high-gloss black trimmings, as well as 20-inch Sport Classic wheels. From what we can see, these changes give the GTS a classic look that we like.
On the inside, Porsche Exclusive fitted the Porsche 911/991 with carbon fiber trimmings, the SportDesign steering wheel, illuminated door sill guards, while the dashboard, floor mats and headrests have Carmine Red stitching. The interior also includes a plethora of logos, 18-way seats, a Bose Audio package and Rear Park Assist. So is the $34K worth the extra exclusivity?
