2017 Opel Mokka X – Video
The 2017 Opel Mokka X looks to continue the brand’s hot streak in small crossovers. Since 2012, the Opel Mokka has tallied 600,000 orders. Today, the vehicle’s next chapter begins.
Opel CEO Dr. Karl-Thomas Neumann held a ceremony and town hall style meeting to celebrate the start date of production for the 2017 Opel Mokka X at the Zaragoza, Spain assembly. The first production Mokka X rolled off the assembly line in Amber Orange.
“The adaptation of the Spanish plant for the launch of the Opel Mokka and now the new MOKKA X has been executed perfectly. This was achieved in a record time thanks to excellent planning, good coordination between all parties involved and thanks to the commitment of all employees”, Dr. Neumann said.
The Mokka X is only the beginning for Opel; the brand will launch 29 additional models in the next four years.
