The Volkswagen official stated that the new study will be roughly the size of a Volkswagen Golf, but it will set itself apart from the competition with the boot space of a Passat and a range of 400 to 600 km (249 to 371 miles) in the NEDC. Set to hit the assembly lines by the turn of the century, the prototype will be apparently close in design to the final production version.
