TheSmokingTire – McLaren MP4-12C Review – Video
The McLaren MP4-12C was McLaren’s first real, proper entry into the production car world, and like the first of anything, there were a few teething issues. The electronics are finnicky, the fit and finish isn’t as good as the new cars, and there are no door handles at all. On the other hand, this car is, even four years on, even in the wet, an absolute masterpiece to drive, and the (relatively) low cost of entry for a low-mile MP4-12C these days means you can have a 600 HP McLaren on a 911 budget. As long as you save some for maintenance.
