The Peninsula Hotel Car Collection

This hotel isn’t your regular Holiday Inn or bargain Marriott Express. The Peninsula Hotel, located in Shanghai, provides an unique experience, including completely lavish rooms, lobbies, and dinning experience. Most importantly however, it has an ever expanding lineup of luxury cars, worth several millions of dollars. The vehicless are used as transportation for the guests, because the high-profile people staying at this exclusive hotel simply couldn’t bear to sit in a run of the mill Lincoln Continental.

The vehicle fleet includes several Mini Cooper Sports, a few BMW 6 and 7 Series are in the mix, many Rolls-Royces and now a brand new super efficient BMW i8. The vehicles are always kept extremely clean and in perfect mechanical running order. We suspect they have an arrangement with BMW since all the vehicles available at the hotel are made by parent company BMW.

The customers at this exclusive hotel can request to be chauffeured in any of the vehicles, or if they are lucky, they might be allowed to take one out for a ride around town themselves. In addition to the car fleet, there are also yachts, helicopters, river boats and tuk-tuks available for usage.
