Super Rare Lamborghini Miura S Barn Find
John Temerian is the president of Lou La Vie, an exotic and luxury car rental service located in Miami. In addition to renting out a stable of the world’s finest cars he also owns a few of them, including this Lamborghini Miura S. The Miura S came about in 1968 as an option package over the original P400. However, the S quickly replaced the P400 and became the most produced Miura variant with some 338 being built. Temerian grew up in a family that loved Miuras, so when he saw this example listed online he jumped at the chance to own it.
This Miura S is serial number 3,802, and according to Temerian’s research that makes it one of the first or second examples ever made. Now this classic Lamborghini wasn’t found in a collector’s garage or a museum but in a barn! Yup, a piece of Lamborghini history was left to sit in a barn for a few decades. At least it was well-preserved. Temerian is going to show his once-in-a-lifetime find at the 2015 Art Basel event in Miami Beach. You can check out a few photos of it here along with an additional Miura S owned by another equally dedicated gearhead.
