Prototype or production BMW M3 Competition Package spied On A Transport Truck

Two BMW M3 prototype or production equipped with the Competition Package have been captured on camera with no disguise.

Spotted on a transport truck in Germany, the vehicles feature a set of multi-spoke alloy wheels that supposedly are lighter than the standard BMW M3 wheels.

In fact, these are the wheels of the BMW M4 GTS concept without the orange accents. The vehicles also appear to have upgraded black exhaust pipes and a slightly reshaped rear diffuser.

While we can’t be 100 percent positive this is the Competition Package indeed, the upgrade for the BMW M3 and BMW M4 will likely not feature carbon fiber performance brakes nor any major aerodynamic improvements, like the massive spoiler on the BMW M4 GTS.

It’s expected to debut next year and to be positioned above the standard BMW M3/M4 and below the upcoming BMW GTS and CSL.
