Neighbors finally react to the video we saw on Sunday where a LaFerrari and a Porsche GT3 where racing through the streets of Beverly Hills without stopping on stop signs.

We are wondering if the law has any jurisdiction over people with diplomatic immunity. It is respectable to have diplomatic power but when abused you can have lots of unwanted enemies.
