Carl set out from BMW Dealership in Los Angeles, CA (Winnetka) to BMW Dealership in Manhattan, NY. The point to point distance was a total of 2829 miles. This was verified by witnesses and notaries at both he start and finish.

The team captures the attempt on film. They are raising money to complete a documentary about the 100 year history of transcontinental records. America has a long history of coast to coast records that have shaped both manufacturing and the road system we have today.
