Man faces 28 months in jail for filming himself doing top speed – Video

A man is now facing jail for driving at speeds of almost 200 MPH on the highway A45 in Northamptonshire while filming it on his cell phone. Now, all gear heads love testing out the limits of our sports cars, but not on public roads.

A few videos can be seen; one by the looks of the dials and sound, an BMW E60 M5, one in an Audi RS model, possibly an Audi RS6, one in an Audi RS6 Avant and another in a Nissan GT-R. The driver, Sean Davis, has been found guilty of four accounts of dangerous driving and now faces 28 months in jail and a 10 year ban on his driving licence. His daughter, who can be heard in a couple of the videos was also charged with inciting and/or encouraging dangerous driving. She also faces charges of a 2 year driving ban and an 18 month conditional discharge.
