Land Rover Defender From James Bond Spectre – Video
These 110 Crew Cab-based brutes roll on 37-inch tires turned by the same old 2.2 diesel, but tuned by Bowler for more fun. They also come with extensive chassis modifications and a full rollcage that runs both externally and internally. New bumpers, a rose joint suspension with Bilstein shocks, and all the LED lights imaginable help boost the look, while a hydraulic handbrake and disconnected ABS provide for the necessary movie-stunt oversteer.
In this stunt car form, SVO’s prototypes are not road legal and rather loud on the move. But they’re also as capable as a Defender can get. With only nine of them remaining (one was destroyed during filming) and the Defender out of production, owning one of these must be quite special.
