We call this event a first in Floyd Mayweather’s vehicle shopping history, at least the recent years we’ve been following his supercars adventures. Seriously, they don’t call the boxing champ Money for no reason; if he buys a new vehicle, it’s going to be the most expensive version. Is it the fastest? Floyd wants one. Is it the most expensive? Floyd wants one. Is it an iconic model? He’ll buy a few. So what’s with this recent buy?

 

Our bet is that the off-roader is a gift for his young son, Zion Mayweather, and that is because he was there with Mayweather when the famed fighter went at The car tuner to pick it up. Speaking of the tuning shop, reports claim that the 38-year-old professional boxer spent a measly $100,000 on the aftermarket upgrade. This clearly raises the bar a couple of notches.
