Ferrari F12 Berlinetta catches fire

The owner of a Ferrari F12 Berlinetta had to pull over after realizing smoke coming from under the hood.

We all already know Ferraris have the tendency to go up in flames but fires involving the Ferrari F12 have so far been relatively rare.

Now, a white Ferrari F12 suddenly got very fiery while being driven on the E5 highway in Turkey. The good part is the driver noticed the fire right away and managed to pull over and got out of the supercar safe and sound.

He immediately phoned the fire department and they arrived rapidly at the scene of the incident and managed to put out before the flames expanded to the rest of the vehicle, so only the engine area had to suffer.

Even though this 740 horsepower Ferrari F12 suffered only engine damages from fire and water from the extinguisher, you can imagine the repair bill is going to be insane .
