Celebrating 70 years of Ferrari At Edinburgh & Hockenheim – Video
Graypaul Edinburgh organised a gathering of over 70 Ferraris in Holyrood Park, Broad Pavement, Queens Drive Edinburgh to celebrate 70 years of Ferrari.
Over looked by the famous Crags’ of Arthurseat and within the proximity of Holyrood Palace and the Scottish Parliament the clients gathered between 14:00 – 18:00 to enjoy the glorious sunshine, specially created tricalore pizza and homemade ice cream which went down very well on such an unusually hot day in Scotland.
At 16:00, the clients gathered to do some serious flag waving to the sound Italian anthem. They enjoyed it so much so they asked for an encore, which was duly obliged.
Headed up by the LaFerrari Aperta at 18:00 the cars all lined up for the parade through the famous streets of Edinburgh starting with a drive past the Scottish Parliament, Holyrood Palace and the Royal Mile, which took some time to negotiate with the thousands of spectators who came down to see the parade during the Edinburgh Festival. Cars in the parade included a LaFerrari, F12tdf, Dino and the 328 GTB that was featured in Magnum PI.
Heading on past Calton Hill with its collection of historic monuments, which form some of the most important landmarks of the city we made our way back to the dealership at Fort Kinnaird.
Clients then enjoyed an evening of sumptuous Italian food and Italian inspired entertainment to finish of an excellent day, which included the unveiling of the 812superfast.
All in all a great day celebrating 70 years of Ferrari in such magnificent surroundings.
