Bosch Concept Car At CES 2017 – Video

 

Bosch says that its displays, which are found on the entire dashboard, on the door panels, on the center console and even on the transmission tunnel, have been designed to minimize driver distraction and they generate different surface textures when pressed.

 

 

What this actually means is that driver will be able to operate specific functions, such as the navigation or the radio, by simply touching the displays while keeping his / her eyes on the road. On top of that, a special lighting sequence is emitted in the advanced interior if a pedestrian approaches the car.

Other functions include connectivity with the driver’s diary and daily appointments, linked to the navigation system, and if an appointment is cancelled, the car will display a route to the next one
