Almost A Crash – Porsche Cayman GT4 Driver Save – Video

The heavily modified Porsche Cayman goes wide in a corner, with the vehicle getting onto the grass from the first meters of the corner. At first, the driver engages the pedals of the Porsche gently, as not to completely offset its vehicle.

However, the driver runs out of nursing time, with the Porsche Cayman racecar going wider and wider until it enters a fully sideways state on the gravel safety zone at the corner exit.

While the counter steering angle was already extreme, the Porsche Cayman’s encounter with the protection element on the side of the track seemed inevitable.

In an amazing move that has to be the best save we’ve seen this year by far, the driver went full throttle (or close to that), straightening up the Porsche Cayman.
