Alpina At 2015 Tokyo Motor Show
ALPINA will celebrate a whole set of Asia premieres at the Tokyo Motor Show. The new BMW ALPINA B3 Bi-Turbo Saloon and the four-wheel drive BMW ALPINA B6 Bi-Turbo Gran Coupé will be represented for the first time at an auto show in Japan. Particular attention will be focused on the BMW ALPINA B6 Bi-Turbo Cabrio EDITION 50 – an exclusive special edition model created for ALPINA’s 50th company anniversary, which – along with the Coupé – is limited to 50 units. The EDITION 50 distinctively unites ALPINA’s history and present.
Nicole Automobile, the official ALPINA importer for Japan, has been selling luxurious ALPINA automobiles to particularly brand-savvy and quality-focused clients since 1981. With more than 400 automobiles sold in 2014, Japan is a central market for ALPINA, along with Germany and the USA. Last year, ALPINA built 1,700 automobiles, the company’s largest production so far.
At the Tokyo Motor Show, which is held every two years, all renowned German premium manufacturers will be represented. The show is known for many innovations and surprising Concept Cars by Asian manufacturers.
