A stage one kit includes an ECU remap and a hand-built stainless steel sport exhaust system that will lift power to 448 horsepower and 482 pound-feet of torque.
That doesn’t seem much compared to MTM’s kit, but MR Racing has a stage 2 tune which incorporates a more efficient intercooler, high-pressure fuel pump, and a larger turbocharger. As a result of these hardware changes, the five-cylinder tuned Audi engine will deliver no less than 535 horsepower and in excess of 517 lb-ft of torque.
