300 Horsepower 1972 Porsche 911 by KAEGE

German specialists from KAEGE are presenting a retro air-cooled Porsche 911 from the F-series, produced in the early 1970s. While keeping the classic shape of the sports car, the tuners have used many carbon-fiber body elements, resulting in a total weight of only 2,635 pounds (1,195 kilograms). Special attention was given to the headlights, which retain its classic design but feature Osram LED projector technology. Fuchs has provided the two-tone five-spoke alloys covered by Michelin rubbers and hiding ventilated disc brakes.

The cabin gets full leather treatment with new upholstery for the Recaro sports seats, dashboard, steering wheel, and door cards. What also caught our attention is the Becker navigation system that’s taking the shape of the original Porsche radio.

KAEGE has reworked the 3.6-liter naturally-aspirated air-cooled petrol engine taken from the 993 generation and now it delivers 300 horsepower (221 kilowatts) which is transferred to the rear axle through a six-speed manual gearbox. The tuning shop has also installed air conditioning, multi-link rear suspension, and airbags and says the car service can be made by Porsche workshops worldwide.
