2018 Hyundai i30 Fastback – Video
The Hyundai i30 Fastback is the first five-door coupe in the compact car segment.
Available across Europe early 2018, the i30 Fastback features Hyundai’s signature Cascading Grille, a lowered, elegant sloping roof line ending in a generously arched spoiler line integrated in the body shell, and a strong C-Pillar.
The i30 Fastback democratises advanced design, making premium features accessible for everyone.
Slight refinements on the chassis settings make the ride and handling more agile and the steering more precise.
Connectivity and Hyundai SmartSense active safety and driving assistance features to meet today’s customer expectations.
The i30 Fastack powertrain line-up consists of two downsized turbocharged petrol engines.
Customers can choose between the 1.4 T-GDI turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 140 PS or the 1.0 T-GDI turbocharged three-cylinder engine with 120 PS. The 1.4-litre T-GDI petrol engine is offered with the six-speed manual transmission or the seven-speed dual clutch transmission, which gives a choice of fully automatic operation or manual gear changes. The 1.0 T-GDI is offered with the six-speed manual transmission. All engines come standard with the Idle Stop and Go (ISG) system for increased efficiency.
