2018 Datsun Cross – Video

The much anticipated 7-seater crossover, the Datsun Cross was revealed in Indonesia. The Datsun Cross is based on the Go+ and was first showcased as a concept at the 2016 Auto Expo in India. The crossover is based on the Renault-Nissan’s CMF-A+ platform, which is necessarily a larger version of the redi-GO’s CMF-A chassis.

 

The crossover is powered by the 1.2-litre three-cylinder engine, which powers the Go+ in India, producing 68bhp and 104Nm of torque, but now comes with the option of a CVT automatic gearbox, along with the 5-speed manual gearbox. Braking duties of the Datsun Cross are carried out by discs at the front and drum at the rear.
