2018 BMW M2 CS Spied With Exhaust Sound

It seems like only a matter of time before the fabled M2 gets the track-focused treatment. While the M2 recently received a facelift, you’d be hard pressed to tell the difference from the original model.

 

Crucially, there were no performance upgrades, leaving enthusiasts craving for the hardcore, track-focused M2 CS rumored to pack at least 400 horsepower.

 

Following spy shots and sound, this new photos show a BMW M2 CS prototype being given a workout at the Nurburgring.
